At Mercury, we design our jewelry to bring you a sense of calm and a touch of modern luxury. If your purchase doesn’t perfectly align with your style, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy for most items.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: Within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including the branded box and any pouches).

Hygiene & Safety: For hygiene reasons, earrings (for pierced ears) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Custom Pieces: Items with personalized engravings or custom-made specifications are non-returnable.
2. Spinning & Fidget Jewelry Care
Our signature rotatable pieces are crafted for durability and smooth motion.

Please note that natural mechanical wear or minor sound during rotation over time is considered normal and not a manufacturing defect.

If your spinning mechanism is stuck upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
3. How to Start a Return

Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Shipment: Pack the items securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
4. Shipping Costs

Quality Issues: If the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Mercury will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For "no-reason" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
